I think all season I’ve had a mistaken belief we’re a work in progress and improving.

We’re just a really poor team. Away from home only Sheffield United are worse than us this season. The home record has fallen to bits.

We’re mentally weak. It’s unfortunate Yates is probably our best fighter, yet lowest on ability.

And to top it all off we’ve managed to do the one thing we said we wouldn’t and breach FFP.

It’s funny, we’re desperate to stay in the PL but is anyone actually getting regular enjoyment? It’s like we’ve landed the hottest girl but we only have sex twice a year. Our long term ex, despite not being as glamorous was much more fun in the bedroom.

I'm glad of the international break I'm really not enjoying forest this year my race season kicks off next weekend at Snetterton so looking forward to thinking about that by the time of the Palace game I'll be begging to get back to the city ground for 2 home games in quick succession let's hope this points deduction doesn't leave us too far from luton

One the of the many that yanked my chain today was Yates grabbing his mush after a challenge, Ryan is better than that and he should leave that sort of behaviour to the likes of Bruno, there’s far to much exposure now and let’s have it right it borders cheating.

The reality is that year on year, the 4 teams in the bottom 7 that stay up are those teams who get two streaky periods in the season with the odd other result scattered around extended periods of loss. The difference with the bottom 3 usually amounts to an extra win and extra in one of those streaks.

My mood remains comme ci, comme ça. It's not great but it's no bad.

Everyone keeps saying that there's no win in 12.

But here's the form table for Nuno's EPL games.

Well have another streak. And hopefully it will be enough.

We got into good positions today and the finishing on the 2 chances that were cleared off the line, both having beaten the keeper, were guided finishes.

We've got enough to have a streak enough. So while it's still possible I'll keep my head.

Yeah, but take 4 or 6 points off that for the inevitable points deduction for Forest being run like a corner shop, and they’re properly in the shit.

4 points is coin flip territory. Which is funny in itself because 4 points wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference had we got to the same points total a last season, in a league which is demonstrably weaker than last.
