Samuel, if you do read the forum, please deliver all of your post match interviews this season in verse, if you please, my good man.
Sonnets, Limericks, Haikus, any form of poetry that you're comfortable with.

This lad is going to shock a few folk next year. He's such a gifted finisher- and intelligent to boot. This translates to any level.

I would say he's under-rated but not by Forest fans.
Perhaps he can also solve the inflation issue as well as notching a few for the mighty Reds??

The finisher.....

His box play is not just about tucking it away tho, he laid one on a plate for (I think) Taylor who was just a bit slow off the mark

Good to see the lad get some minutes and bag himself a goal. Would be nice to see him feature again against Valencia. Good player.

He will have a really good season, I am just feeling it.

I think Cooper has filled him with so much self belief as a footballer.

The way he starts his shots outside the posts and curls them in really is magnificant technique.

He purposely moves defenders to block the keepers line and then uses a few feet outside the defender as his target to aim at rather than the goal itself. Very clever and he's got it down to a fine art

I don’t think he’s the #1 striker at the club right now, for me.

Taiwo wouldn’t have left the bundesliga or the club wouldn’t have bought him just to play second fiddle.

Would love to be proven wrong tho, I do love me some sammy.

If we were going into the season with him starting, we'd mostly be up in arms but I genuinely think he could be a Bamford for us. No, not an absolute ****, but someone who's skillset translates at the higher level.

In a parallel universe I'd like to see him start every game and see how he does.

He might not be number one now but when he’s scored 10 before Christmas…

I think having a fit and firing Surridge at the start of the season would actually take the pressure off Taiwo a bit; gives him more time to settle without the burden of having to be our main goalscorer straight off the bat.
