Well I got logged in OK but none of the videos play which is a bit disappointing as I thought we'd get them included. Hopefully I'm an isolated case so we'll see what response I get from my email.

I looked into this and ifollow state that there are certain settings that need to be enabled for it to work. Two hours later and with it still not working I for once had a good idea, I went on via my Amazon firestick and it worked straight away. So if you're struggling with the TV and have a firestick go with that.

No response yet from the help desk email I sent yesterday lunchtime, I'm intrigued to see how long it takes for them to respond.

Is this using a web browser app on your firestick? I downloaded an app called silk to view web pages and seems to work ok I think, can use the remote as a cursor thing. CAn I not register until I pay the £10 for the pass on Saturday?

Yes just found the forest site via the browser using the remote as a cursor and it loaded straight away, I didn't need to download anything. Can't help with the pass I'm afraid, mine's done through the season ticket refund code.

Please be advised the service does not support the following devices or features: Android boxes, Smart TV devices, Chrome-cast or Airplay functionality.

Following on from last week's announcement, Nottingham Forest have issued iFollow Forest codes to all youth and adult season card holders.

As part of your iFollow package, you will be able to watch every one of the nine remaining games, both home and away, as well as pre and post-match press conferences from head coach Sabri Lamouchi and members of the first-team squad.

Please note that you will be able to watch all nine remaining league games on the streaming service, including those selected for Sky Sports coverage.

If you have not received an email from us please, in the first instance, check any spam or junk folders. If you still do not have it, please email ticketoffice@nottinghamforest.co.uk with your full name, customer number and postcode and we will be able to provide you with your iFollow Forest code. If we do not have an email address for you, a letter has been sent to you containing an iFollow code.

Please note that the ticket office counters and phone lines are currently not being staffed. We are operating online only due to the current pandemic.

If you have received your code, we strongly advise that you create and activate your iFollow Forest account well in advance of Saturday's game at Sheffield Wednesday so that any potential issues can be rectified and ensure you don't miss a minute of the action.

Successfully purchased in my wife’s name/email address.
She has received confirmation & an ‘order ID’.
Any clues ( Luddite targeted please ) as to how I proceed?
Expected to receive a password/code or is this the order ID...

The laptop idea is a good shout. I would have to see if one of his neighbours would let him use their broadband as he doesn't want the expense and hassle of having it installed. His TV is a 2011 ish samsung and I'm pretty sure screen mirroring is not an option.
You're probably right about the I phone 5 being a pain to get working.

Could you use a HDMI to Scart adaptor to link a laptop to your dad's tv?

As per the above, those who selected 2,3 or 4 will have their code de-activated before the match.
My understanding is that the Ifollow option is the default option, therefore you do not need to make a selection if that is the option you want.

The other three option were listed in case you preferred one instead of ifollow.

The activation code was sent out by email this afternoon

I've been suffering using them for years, it is unbelievable how poor the product is but it is shocking how poor the customer service is.

My latest complaint is I paid for the season for iFollow, but it shows my account expires at the end of June before the season ends. So far the response I have received from iFollow about this are a bunch of tumble weeds in the wind....

That was going to be the next plan if the firestick didn't work, pleased to see you got it running. These solutions really ought to be detailed by the club, it shouldn't be a trial and error situation.

Unfortunately videos will cast to the TV but live matches won't.
