I got the same thing.
I was assuming that was to do with permission in the app, as some won't let you cast. Cast works, but something is blocking the picture, which looks deliberate.
COnnected my phone to the TV with an HDMI to android cable, but now I can't charge my phone so this experience will be short lived.

This will continue for as long as people keep paying. Stop, refuse, write to the club and insist at the end of the current deal Radio Nottingham will be allowed to stream the match commentary over the internet, which they are currently not allowed to do.

Wouldnt let me sign in on ifollow for 10 mins, and now it wants a subscription paying, despite the fact I pay for it monthly, so I cant even access the usual, paid for, radio commentary. Very poor. Just come up on iptv thank goodness
