"watch", "all", "home and away".

Someone's got it wrong somewhere.

If you refer to the other thread about the ifollow Service when it was announced, there was no mention of certain games being „blacked out“ when they were on Sky.

Hence the (many) complaints about the service being sold under somewhat false pretences.

You pay a lot of money for it, then only get to see about two-thirds of the games via video, the rest being audio only.

That's if you live overseas.

If you live in the UK, you pay the same money to listen to BBC radio for the most part.

Pop quiz, then, hotshots.

If the game is on sky (like D***y away) will it be available on iFollow?

If no, then that makes a mockery of "every game".

If yes, will someone tell the EFL?

Wasn't there supposed to be two ways to watch on I follow. If you had a season ticket, the club would send you a code to allow you to watch on IFollow which would be the equivalent of being at the match as you had bought your ticket, or if it was an away game or you was a non-season ticket holder you could buy a £10 pass for a game through Ifollow. Surely you will be able to watch the home game against Huddersfield if you are a season ticket holder and have the pass code.

No it won’t. Any game shown on Sky is „exclusive“ to them, so no iFollow Video for you.

You would however still be able to get just the audio commentary, which is essentially just Radio Nottingham with Colin Fray.

According to the EFL press release, all games are available on iFollow, regardless of whether they are on Sky or not.

I sympathiser with you that to watch the broadcast games you have to pay another subscription to a pay TV company.
Here in Thailand we have no local TV coverage so I am able to watch all games live, however whenever a game is broadcast live I have to remind ifollow to log me on I have so far missed the kick off seven times this season.
You would think that after operating for three years a simple problem like that would be sorted.
Regards the price i agree with you it is very expensive for what you receive,I subscribe to BEINSPORT connect and for £12.50 a year I get all FA cup games from the 3rd round, the Spanish,
french,Italian leagues

Yep the problem with there passwords, for some reason it never recognises you and needs to be reset. So many matches works fine but on a match day will stop working press the link for a new password but takes a day for a new one

Try contacting live support on a matchday and you get an email reply a week Thursday.

This is true.

Also, the fact that I can't listen to the audio commentary through the app for over a year shows how they just aren't interested in fixing a main part of the app.
I've complained several times and every response is that they are working on it and for now I should use the audio commentary via a Web browser. But I can't use an adblock browser because they don't like that.

This is hurting my head! So season tickets holders, due to having a code, can watch all remaining games on I follow. Non season ticket holders only have access to games that aren’t on sky- £10 a game
Apparently yes but the availability of sky games to s/t holders is still unclear.

I'm trying to work out how to get this working for my 83 year old dad. He doesn't have broadband but has got an iPhone 5 with plenty of data. The screen is too small for him so I'm looking at buying a £43 (special Apple rip off price) HDMI adaptor to plug into his telly. Has anyone used one before? I've read a lot of reviews and there's conflicting reports about certain streaming services not working - Now TV is one of them.
He's a season ticket holder so will hopefully get the games free on ifollow.

Can you get hold of a cheap laptop for him? You’re gonna be in a world of pain trying to get an iPhone 5 to do what you want it to do.

Alternatively get a cheap android phone and use a chromecast? It’ll still probably cost you more than your £40 adapter but it is more likely to work.

The laptop idea is a good shout. I would have to see if one of his neighbours would let him use their broadband as he doesn't want the expense and hassle of having it installed. His TV is a 2011 ish samsung and I'm pretty sure screen mirroring is not an option.
You're probably right about the I phone 5 being a pain to get working.

Thanks for the advice. I've just had a look at Google chrome cast and that may be an option too.

If he's got data, just tether from his iphone

Requested refund - no real issue.
Tried to purchase IFollow for the Wednesday game - not available for purchase yet.
Is this usual practice?

Not to bothered about watching the games using my season ticket refund the club can keep it and hopefully use it to pay some small supplier or back office member of staff.

I do have a question will BBC Radio Nottingham be covering the last games of the season with a full match commentary?

I'm gonna ask if my refund be donated instead to the MFFBB (Matty Fryatt Fund for Broken Biscuits). God rest his soul.

Yes. Matches are normally only purchase in the hour leading up to the match. IIRC

A little hack that's always worked for me:

Google chrome allows you to install a free vpn extension. Once installed, set browser to a country in the Euro. You will then be able to purchase the game for €6 rather than £10. You're welcome.

Had IFollow for three seasons I think. It was piss poor to start with but has improved significantly as is now synced with radio Nottingham commentary and the cameramen completed their OTJT.
Living out here in the colonies it has been my only live video option except when the games are on Sky I can watch on ESPN+. Come a long way from tuning in on Short Wave radio which was not that long ago!

Has anybody received login details/a code for this yet as mentioned on the season ticket refunds? Whenever I've used iFollow in the past I've had problems regularly so unless they've improved massively I think they will really struggle with the demand of a stadiums worth of fans logging on...

Was about to post something similar.

I don't want to be trying to get iFollow set up for the first time at 10 to 3 on Saturday.
