He's better than MGW. Right now. I still don't quite get why a decent chunk of people in here think MGW is the some sort of superstar in waiting. He's wildly inconsistent and spends large chunks of the game doing next to nothing. His dead balls are rubbish. Almost all things go through him at our club and his numbers aren't exactly mind blowing. And, at the age of 24, he is, by and large, the finished product, almost certainly. If we can con someone into paying 50+ million for him we should do so immediately and watch him flounder somewhere else. I just looked up interest and two clubs popped up, Spurs and Newcastle. I have no idea why Spurs are interested. Maddison is a way better player. Newcastle, who are scheduled to (apparently) lose Almiron would seem a likely destination, but they are not a top four side and might even miss out on Europe entirely. For all our cheerleading of the guy nobody of real note seems to be terribly interested. Murillo is a half step away from being a world class center back, imho. He would fit into a club like City with relative ease, once he became familiar with how Pep operated. The list of clubs interested in Murillo speaks for itself. The lack of equitable clubs interested in MGW speaks, imho, volumes. Having said all of that, we should expect to lose both of them (and a half dozen others) if we go down. If we stay up, both MGW and Murillo will probably exit stage left. Murillo has bigger fish to fry and he'll have outgrown a relegation battling side. MGW, I think, will jump at a chance to play for a bigger side. Murillo will be very difficult to replace. MGW, I don't think so.Murillo will be gone by the 30th June to comply with the rules, yes he’s very good but he is replaceable unlike MGW
