Ummm not everyone found guilty is convicted due to hard evidence and solid proof.
Until people have dealings with the long arm of the law, our wonderful police force and a judicial system which relies on an adversarial system in which the competence of Barristers to present the point of view they are paid to represent, are far more important swaying a juries mind, as opposed to an investigative procedure from the outset, they will continue to believe the courts and press.
