By being 21. Pape Abou Cissé, the CB for whom we turned down an offer of 18m in January, could (and still can) make the most ridiculous blunders. And he's 23 now.

Maybe three. According to the Greek press, the one who went to Lisbon to close the deal on Semedo was Vrentzos, and he's in talks for a left back for you as well, possibly Yuri Ribeiro (22).

Clearly highly rated but didn't Dias and Goncalves have similar buy out clauses, although it seems this loan deal doesn't have an option to buy. Very excited though, on paper bringing in exactly the right type of players. The league next season doesn't look nearly as difficult as it has done in previous, every team seems to have curbed their spending. If these lads click, there is no reason why we can't have a special season next year.

Also nice to get these players in nice and early for once. Still a full month till the season kicks off and other than a winger and some full backs, I think we're pretty much set (once Muric is confirmed).

I’ve never heard of him but judging by that video he can’t trap it, pass it, dribble, tackle or head the ball. Thrilling stuff.

We should use the European market, but I’m a bit concerned we are putting all our eggs in the Portuguese basket.

I’d be less edgy if we signed a few Scandis or Krauts. You know, places where they are used to running around like loons and kicking each other for 90 minutes.

We’ll see I suppose.

He played 19 games for Benfica last season, 3 of them in the Champions League.

Burnley were also in for him. This is a coup if it comes off.
