It's great that he had a year's experience at a feeder club like Forest before going on to join a proper team.

It's f***ing criminal how how much money we've pumped in to training folk up who were inexperienced with this league.
Do that with your academy kids & club coaches who cost relative threpance, not managers & players who cost millions.
