Can't play until the Southampton game at the earliest.
In order to be eligible for a game, the player needs to be registered by noon on the working day prior to the match - for the Chelsea game that would be Dec 30th which I don't think is possible.

The transfer window opens Jan 1st, technically he could be registered long before then.
It's my understanding of the rules, but I'm pretty certain on it.
Short version being that we can't get International Clearance until his Palmeiras registration has officially expired, and we can't register him until we have International Clearance.

Some reports give the first goal as an own goal (a corner kick by Scarpa with a deflection by a defender). Scarpa also provided the assist for the second goal. The first goal came in the fourth minute, Atromitos equalized and the second goal came in 21'. Atromitos then scored two more goals late in the second half.

Over here there are reports that we're interested in one of your Frenchmen (which may simply mean that you need to offload one of your Frenchmen to us...). It can obviously not be Niakhaté or Biancone, it is most probably not Boly, because he has begun to play for you, so I guess it's either Mbe Soh or Badé. The latter has not played for you (he was only on the bench once), therefore his move to us is not restricted by the two teams rule. So maybe Badé played for us to see him, rather than Cooper.
