Wrexham just announced 2 Kings of Leon gigs May bank holiday weekend. Priority ticket sales to season ticket holders, then to anyone with a Wrexham Postcode.

Meanwhile Notts have announced a BOGOF at the wheelbarrow (no wheel included) museum.

I know the profile of the people helps, but other clubs should really take note how good documentaries/series can be for a clubs profile. I would have loved to have seen Forest do one this season, or at any point.
Forest‘s would be a Carry-On film.

Carry On Up the City Ground, with Sidney James as Colin Fray, Kenneth Williams as Steve Cooper, Bernard Bresslaw as Evanglos Marinakis, Jim Dale as Joe Worrall, Charles Hawtrey as Brian Laws, Terry Scott as Kaylor Navas, and Joan Sims, Hattie Jacques and Barbara Windsor as the Ticket Office staff.

Timothy Pope

I know that Nuno that I know that Nuno that I know
Pam st Clement should play Kaylor Navas

38 year old Leroy Lita with 13 goals in 12 games for Ilkeston town fc.
I could have sworn he was a decade older!

Yeovil look like there going to be relegated from the national league. While they have never been a big club it’s still a big fall from punching above there weight playing in the championship only 10 years ago.

Along with Scunthorpe and Torquay, most likely. It doesn't feel too long ago that Scunny were in the Championship.
Didn't they smash us 4-0 at home in League One? Dark days.

They did, in a match broadcast live on Sky, unfortunately.

And yes, I was there, and it was as bad as the scoreline would make you think.

I only saw us lose 3-0, having commenced drinking my pint in a nearby pub as the 4th went in.

Hard to believe that Scunny and Yeovil could sink so far so fast.

To be fair to Scunny-they had a good side that season (including Billy Sharp) and won League 1.
Forest on the other hand, found a 7 point lead at the top rather too much to handle and
collapsed to Yeovil in the play-offs (probably the darkest moment in the club’s history).

They did. We were top of the league and they were 7th before the match we stayed top and they moved up to third.

Back in 1969 they beat us 6-4 at their's in a pre-season friendly. A certain Kevin Keagan scored a hat-trick for them.

(Edit: Looking at the match report it was our reserves v their first team. McKenzie scored a couple for us. The repert says Keagan was attracting interest from a few clubs including us.)

Yes-I think Forest were looking at Keegan,as were Derby-but Taylor didn’t rate him although Clough did.
Of course,he went to Liverpool and scored on the opening day of the season in 1971 against Forest at
Anfield.
By the way,Forest played Scunthorpe at the Old Show Ground in a League Cup 2nd round tie in 1967-
winning 1-0 with a goal from Ian Storey-Moore.
