The Demise of Birmingham City

I think Cooper's best bet is to sit things out a while.

It sounds like Palace have turned their attention to McKenna and to be honest I don't see any of the other Prem teams taking a punt on him if they watched much of us this season.

The Wales job or a more stable Champ club will be available in the summer and he's bound to be top of those lists

Where did that little child get his silky accent from? YouTube?
Coleen Rooney is quite intelligent though and has 10 GCSEs. I guess Kai takes after his dad

They live in Altringham and go to posh schools.
He is the chavvy squawk in the corner who throws bits of paper around and kicks the other kids chairs though

I can't believe someone aged 75 could handle the stress of being a premier league manager.
Hodgson is a freak of nature

I think any side that has plummeted like Birmingham, without losing any of their players, can only go one way under new direction. I doubt Cooper will take it, but it's a pretty solid opp considering where they were before the idiot took over.

Knowing Birminghams history of appointing managers, they'd phone the wrong Cooper - and end up with Tommy instead of Steve

Problem is if you wait you end up being the forgotten man.

If he doesn't get the Palace job then he will be looking in the Championship & at the moment there are no good Championship jobs going either.

There’s another job crops up just around the next corner. Bide your time Steve.
I agree, if you remember Dyche before the Everton role was constantly linked with many a job, he didn't take the first job he was in discussion about but did keep his eye in and himself in profile up by being (a) Seen around football matches in crowd shots (Not including Forest who he had a season ticket for) and (b) Started doing a load more press stuff and punditry.

I would expect to see Steve doing some pundit stuff, maybe none invasive stuff (As in its unlikely he'll be commentating and seen attending Palace games for example) like international matches soon.
