It was bizarre wasn't it almost like he was doing it on purpose and I was actually excited about his appointment.
Where we have come from then is mad I still look back on that away day at Stoke kicked off the trains at Derby and put on busses a deeply depressing game and I've never heard so much anger from forest fans at a manager then to top it off the trains home were cancelled
I honestly thought my son was going to turn round and tell me he didn't support forest anymore

Yes. The weight of f***ing doom was removed. The black-hole that sucked any remaining joy from this club was radiated away.
I'm not sure if Steven Reid did anything special, just not being Chris Hughton was enough at the time.
(That's not to say I'm not glad he's back).
