It's good to see him back. It's obvious he played a pivotal role behind the scenes towards our promotion, not least overseeing our first victory after that appalling start under Chris Hughton. To be fair to him however, Hughton deserves some credit for bringing Steven to the CG.

A highly laudible pursuit, but the day-to-day coaching bug obviously hasn't left. I expect mindfullness will play some part in Steven's training-ground approach from now on, if indeed it hadn't previously.

It could be that it wasn't lucrative enough to do full time, and the club have allowed him to come back and do his mental health workshops. Win win for all parties.
