The way he sweeps his finishes into the net is so satisfying

He wasn’t even looking at the keeper when he scored, knows where it’s going before he hits it.

When he goes through on goal, I always think he's going to hit the target.

A lot of strikers would have walloped that over the bar or gone for the curling shot and hit it wide.

He concentrated on looking at the ball and his connection. He's very assured in front of goal.

Strangely I thought he was about the only player who was completely anonymous up until his goal. Did well to keep his concentration that late.

I couldn’t disagree more, he ran the 3 centre backs ragged from the kick off. He was running the channels all game, dropping in to pockets of space deep, pulling them out wide, especially in the first half. Second half he was quieter but West Brom had 10 mens lined up across the edge of the penalty area. I thought he was fantastic and I was over the moon his hard work was rewarded with a goal at the end.

Fella knows where the onion bag is that's for sure.

There's been a mixup. All of this should be in the Jack Colback thread.

His movement and the runs he makes is so underrated.

He might not come deep and spin and run like Davis, but he's so effective and such a threat in his own right.

And when he does happen to get a chance, 9 out of 10 I'd bank on him.

Agreed. Willing to run channels and a good 2 or 3 times he can be aggrieved not to have been slipped in for 1 on 1s. He's got his chance now.

Great movement; might not be the bulldozer like Davis, but the way he slipped free of the defenders at the end showed me he had them on toast. Their defenders looked a big burley lot, but he looked as fresh as a daisy at the end.

Plus he was never going to miss that attempt.

437 minutes played in total across all matches for Forest, 5 goals.

That's 87.4 mins per goal. Better than Mitrovic who has 91 mins per goal across all matches this season.

I see from the pic on BBC that he shushed the home fans again after scoring.

Love that cocky attitude in a striker!

B-but... Stoke fans said he was crap!

Proving to be another cracking bit of business for the club.

Hasn't he only started and finished one match? I think the rest of the games he's played he's either come on as a sub or has been substituted.

Yes, he's only completed 90 mins against WBA.

Here's another stat, I believe he's scored in every match he's started, Huddersfield (FA Cup), WBA and Peterborough in the league.
