He’s going to score hatfuls in the MLS, I reckon more players will move to the states while Messi is knocking about in Miami.

I’d rather live in the States and be looked at as a hero than play for someone like QPR getting battered every week in the Championship, probably better money too.
I'd worry that his levels drop off as he finds it all too easy.

I doubt it’ll matter much really, I’m sure the league has improved a touch but it wasn’t that long ago that Bradley Wright-Phillips looked like his old man over in the states.

Messi only agrees to go cos he heard Sam was on his way there!

Good start. Hope he gets bucket load for them. Best of luck to the lad.

Still think he deserved a decent run in the side last year but with the team creating around 1.5 chances per game it would have been an uphill task in any case.

By the way who's showing these matches in the UK?

better penalty than either johnson or mgw. The confidence, the arrogance. Good on the lad, score a hatfull and become a nashville legend.
In the end which team won the shoot out?

EDIT: I Googled the game and the MailOnline (bah!) carries the story.
Club America's goalkeeper made what was believed to be a match-saving save, and fans invaded the pitch. It took over 10 minutes for the pitch invaders to be cleared. During that time VAR officials ruled that the Club America goalie had moved over the goal line before the kick was taken, and the save was disallowed, and the Nashville player scored at the 2nd attempt to win the shoot out 3-2.
Only in America!!!

Currently watching Nashville play. Super Sam just scored, he's going to piss that league.
Yeah it’s a great move for him. Can see why we bagged a decent fee as well, 5mil was good money and his new team likely knew he’d have a field day in the MLS.

Just checked the Forest site and Sam is still listed on the first team page

To anyone at the club who might be reading - probably time to remove him!

Watching Nashville again tonight, Surridge on the bench.

Mukhtar for Nashville is so good, probably too lightweight for English football but he should be playing back in Europe.

Another goal for the lad and it was qualiteh, shades of his hatrick in the championship. Placed it cooly.

We complain about match day prices over here, the absolute cheapest ticket you can purchase for their cup final is $350 rising all the way up to $700

If you think that’s bad, try pricing up a regular season NFL game.

Crazy, people are buying resale tickets $12,000 each. What is wrong with Americans
There's a huge portion of them that are simply easily brainwashed and exploitable. Same can be said for the UK too, but we do have more of an underground connection (probably because we're not spread so far apart).

I mean, look at the shite shirts Forest churn out at top dollar prices. Anyone with some nouse this season is buying Rocka's £20 T-shirts instead. I took a punt on that £65 training top based on the excellent one I picked up for £40 the other year, and it's wank.

As I age I'm more of an LTLF supporter than I am an NFFC support 😁 Keep it "local" League of Gentleman stylee. Apart from @Dogtits (I miss Scarpa) of course, he's a worthy project we must guide.
