£2m is a no brained, if he was a bit more clinical he'd worth 10 x that

Lolley is shot to f*** & won't even be a PL squad player, might get a decent fee if we flog him

Would he pass a medical?

For me Zincs is a no brainer especially at £2m, if that's correct.

Directly involved in 17 goals during the season, which gets overlooked. His work rate is excellent and his pressing also gets overlooked.

We've been somewhat spoiled having Spence and Johnson attacking at pace down the right that we tend to view Lowe and Zincs efforts a little more negatively.

If he's available at £2m I'd snap him up. I'd also take on Wallace on a free... Possibly not as starters but top quality championship players who I'm sure can cut it in the Prem. Just like Jarod Bowen, Mount, Abrahams, Toney (the list is actually endless). Both would still have a part to play in either division. And, importantly, they wouldn't cost much.

That would free up cash for a few more expensive players. Morgan Gibbs White would be good, Bowler from Blackpool or Lewis Potter at Hull.

I'm still not sure with Lolley. I'd give him a chance, its quite possible that the injuries have done him in but its also possible that he needs a long time to get back to where he was including a proper pre-season.
Mighten needs a loan. Can't see him getting too much time in the prem with his current cameos and if he does it means we are in big trouble IMO
I think Lolley is out of contract next Summer... Not quite sure about him. His direct approach could really work as an impact sub in the top flight. He certainly looked lively vs Liverpool in the cup when he was on. Much depends on whether any sizeable bids come in. My guess is £2m max. If that's the case keep him and re-consider next Summer. If the guy from Millwall is any good, we could smap him up on a free as a replacement squad player for Lolley.

Mighton, loan out. Along with Ojeda, Panza and any other promising kids. I can't see them being good enough to play for us at the top level. Should they be needed it would be if we're relegated so loan them out to Championship sides for experience.

Sorry but Lolley is a write off now. For me he isn't even an option as a squad player, we have to move on now, there will be takers in the Championship or League One.

I agree. Love the bloke, but he hasn't done much in the Championship over the last couple of years, so the chances of him being able to step up to the Premier League now are pretty much none existent. Hopefully he finds a good club in the summer and kick-starts his career again, but sadly his time at Forest has reached its end IMO.

I totally agree and when people go on about loyalty of football players please remember there is another side as well when fans and clubs don’t want a player they get put on the scrapheap. Don’t take that as a slight because I agree with you completely about Lolley and his time here.

So looking forward to Lolley proving a few wrong on here.

I'd love him to, but considering it's been 2 years since he even made an impact in the Championship, I doubt it's going to happen sadly.

I think everyone will say the same, I’d love him to prove me wrong, but his career has stagnated over the last two years. The trick of cutting in from the right on to his left foot and shooting from 25 yards grown old against Championship defenders, never mind Premiership players.

Yeah get where you're all coming from and maybe you're right. I just have a feeling he ain't done yet.

Zink needs singing for 2M if that is really a true figure. I’d keep Lollipop as a bench option.

I think Lolley has melted.

And Zincs - love him and what he's done for us this season, but in the Prem - I don't think he's viable.

Sloppy first and second touch, makes too many mistakes, misses too many chances, is just not quite at the right grade.

Don't want to end up with an inflated squad of not good enough players on huge wages, recipe for disaster.

Just pay more for someone younger and better and do the job right from the start.

I think Zincs would be fine in Lolleys role from this past season, ie have him come off the bench to help change things up

Especially as he seems to have lost the ability to kick a ball!

You might be right, but I don't agree on the first touch. The ball sticks to his foot like a magnet, its the decision making beyond the first touch that is his weakness.
I'd take him for a couple of Mil if the wages aren't crazy but he won't rip the premier league up...

Fully expect Lolley and Grabban have played their last games for Forest

Sadly so. Grateful to both for their efforts over the years (particularly Grabban, who scored vital goals this season prior to his injury) but neither are up to the task of playing in the Premier League, even as squad players.

It'd be mental to keep them on next season, and probably wouldn't do their careers any good (as far as regular game time goes) either. Time to part ways.

Reports in Greece, that we're signing him instead of you. Deemed not good enough for the Premier perhaps?

It's an odd one.

On his day he's marvelous. It's rare game that he doesn't put a shift in - he's a tireless team player.

But he does have his downside. Wasteful in front of goal - he could have easily double his goals and assists of he was a bit more composed.

The one area of his game which could be a risk in the EPL is his fouling. He took a lot of Yellows for the team on transitions. I've worried that some of those would be Reds in the EPL.

I'd still take him though, so if he goes to Oly, you have a good player imho.
