That's the general consensus.

But of course, an alternative narrative exists where the player had the injury prior to his arrival but the medical missed it.

Consequently, medicals are now done in Greece.

Yada yada.
I reiterate-fractures cause symptoms and they are not missed if they are looked for/imaged.
An “asymptomatic” fracture in a load bearing bone just doesn’t make sense to me.
My guess is he broke it after the medical.
The good news is it will heal pretty quickly and is far less of a concern than many soft tissue or ligament injuries…

Can you tell me what's good for an arthritic shoulder please?

Wait...I'm on the Mangala thread...please tell me he hasn't fractured his hairline as well?

Hi everyone, hope you’ve had a good weekend. Here’s a video breaking down everything you can expect to see from Orel Mangala next season for those interested. Another top talent who’ll bring plenty both on and off the pitch for Steve Cooper. As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts and am happy to answer any questions you may have in mind, cheers!

Your insights and research are impressive, but your frequent use of profanities is neither big or clever. Please take note.

Dog eggs. A few of those rubbed into the affected part will work wonders. White ones are particularly effective but they are now as rare as...er...rocking horse droppings.

Agreed. No need for it. It lowers the standard of the videos to Facebook or Twitter level.

It might make the teens laugh who cover their mouths and say 'Oh my gosh, did he say that?' but Uti is better than that, I suspect.

Just depends on the audience he wants to attract. Overall, real football fans who have listened to James Richardson or Guillem Balague over the years will want some class in delivery with the insight.

No teens laugh at swearing tbf, and getting "upset" over words somone has deemed to be "naughty" isn't worth it either. Slurs are different obviously, but dropping the F bomb or C bomb doesn't diminish anything imo. It may however make it look less professional but that's because we are groomed into thinking that by the TV.

It's just a bit of fun, I don't mind it. It's obviously his style, at least the video isn't taking itself too seriously.

If you are looking for eloquent pontification then maybe watch other videos.

I didn't mind the coarse language either.

Some of my favourite podcasts are v those where the presenters just get lost inside their passion and end up using expletives.

It's fine line, but it wasnt something that jarred with me.

He does seem to have mastered the nuts and bolts of Forest very quickly with a clear perpespective on the situation.

at the very least he’s not posting pictures of Hitler or a squirrel with a big ballsack as the buttend of a joke! LOL

As someone who spent a long time in the forces I was often surrounded by people who couldn't string two sentences together without filling them up with Cs and Fs. Most of the time they didn't know they were doing it. To me it just showed a lack of ability to articulate a thought using properly expressive language and/or being conditioned by the environment they were in. We've all heard fruity language on the terraces and in the pub. I am no stranger to the use of the C and F bombs myself but there is a time and a place for their use and it's not always appropriate. Uti makes some interesting videos but the language he occasionally uses is not necessary given the videos have a wide-ranging audience and is really out of place.

On another note, does anyone happen to know the story behind Mangala's scar on the left side of his face?

As someone with a few scars of their own, I'm intrigued to know. Couldn't find anything online.

He got in a fight when he was in school with another kid. He promised to himself he would do everything to avenge that scumbag.

Turns out he was a Southampton fan, and the best way to get back at him was to sign for their bitter rivals.

It's a YouTube channel, not Radio 4. Cut him some slack for his work in what for me has been an enjoyable series this window, with some non-traditional presenting quirks and actual critical analysis.
Can you place his accent? Not sure, sounds Indian?
