But listening to SC interview on forest world when talking about the Wes Morgan bid he states that he doesn't find the bid acceptable and he mentioned that to Nigel the other night.

All contracts signed during his reign as Chairman he will pay for.
Any new contracts signed since Frank Clarke becomes Chairman he will not pay a penny towards. We have to sell players if we want to sign new contracts with existing players. The wage bill has to be slashed down and quickly, any player with a contract finishing in the next 18 months is basically up for sale now in my view.
