Yes but that’s off the ball defensive work. On the ball he’s generally passed inside to Konsa. No surging runs yet

Brilliant game away at Man Utd. A typically dodgy penalty handing Man Utd the 3 points but Villa played very well and deserved at least a point.

I wouldnt say he was head and shoulders above both, thought all three played well. But there's more to a transfer fee than just x is better than y. The two man utd players had time in the premier league so less of a risk, signed from premier league sides so they could hold out for a bigger fee, signed for man utd who are known to have a lot of money so that adds to the fee etc.
I wanted us to keep cash, but I think we got a fair price for him when you consider just who Forest are in the football world and the whole pandemic thing going on
Hopefully one day we'll be in a position to either not sell our matty cash players, but cant see it any time soon

That wasn't a red. Correct decision was made, it hit his hip first and deflected into hand, but crucially after deflection would have gone wide.
Really like the Villa defence, they're a proper good unit. Mings is probably the pick of the bunch but even Konsa and Targett look the part. Dean Smith has worked wonders there.
