These photos look like they could be from a horror movie. At the time they are taken it is thought only the player is in shot. Then when they're developed, there he is. Same suited man with the slightly sinister facial expression.

Off the pitch, I believe Steele is involved in coaching youngsters around the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire area (http://www.youthdreamsproject.co.uk/about-ydp/). It almost seems like people at Forest are doing due diligence into a players personality and the like

A lot of them seem to be settling in the area.

There are clear things Karanka looks for in a player before their footballing ability. I think it's only Colback that was under question but that is seemingly as much to do with Rafa than him, but even then, he could wear the captain's armband and you wouldn't really question it. We have gone from a team of mutes to a team crammed with 'leaders' and model professionals in a relatively short space of time.

No it just needs a picture taken from the same angle of two empty chairs and the desk with the pen.
