I was also a big Redsox fan during the Pedro/Manny/Big Papi era, so seeing the Yankees doing well is more annoying than anything, but its really hard to dislike Aaron Judge, he's having an incredible season and he' seems to be a pretty cool guy.
Its always going to be tough playing in a division with LA and SD seeing as how they've built their teams recently; I do love me some Wilmer Flores, so I have a soft spot for the Giants. Surprised how well Pederson has done so far this season, he had been a shadow of his former self the last few years but seems to be back to near his best.Must be nice, as a giants fan our hopes got way too high after last years insane season. might be buyers during the next few weeks regarding traders but farhan, our president, is mr moneyball so it’ll be hit or miss.
This is the mets tho, let’s see if they can continue this after the allstar break lol.
Aaron Judge actually comes from a tiny town about 20 minutes from me, from most accounts he seems to be a good fella, just annoying to get bombs blasted by him against your team!

In general, I'm always concerned about the Mets sustaining their momentum, but Buck Showalter has been a nice tonic to what has ailed the Mets the last few seasons in terms of poor man management and in-game decision making. Hopefully he can keep it going!
**Apologies to the rest of this board for the boring baseball talk lol
Miggy Cabrera > anyone else.
He is now the Designated Hitter, and passes his days smashing pitchers alll over the park.this dinosaur is still playing, it’s insane

Another one of my all-time favorite players...one of the nicest RH swings of his era. I was down in FL this season and caught a Tigers spring training game, it was great to see him play in person even at this stage of his career. Might not have the bat speed to generate the power he used to have, but still does a job for his team at 39 years of age. He and Pujols retiring at the conclusion of the season marks the end of an era...great players, both of them.Miggy Cabrera > anyone else.
Cincinnati Reds, Boston Red Sox, and Chicago White Sox (not to be confused with the Chicago Cubs, who play in MLB National League). Not confusing at all, is it?I tend to dismiss US of A sports as over-hyped rubbish, but I have a grudging respect for rounders.
When I was working and had to visit our USA and Canadian subsidiaries I used to look forward to seeing the Toronto blue Jays and the Cincinnatti team, which I thought were called the White Socks, but are now the Red Socks.
I went to Seattle a few years back... didn't get a wink of sleepWhen Channel 5 started showing rounders during their Under the Moon show I picked Seattle Mariners as my team. 25 years later, I’ve probably watched three games in total and have no interest in it but would still like to experience a game.
The problem is that I won’t go to Seattle as why would you, but I won’t change my team even though it makes no difference to anyone but me.

Never been to Seattle myself, but if you catch it during good weather, I've heard it is a very nice city. The Pacific Northwest in the US has some beautiful areas, and Seattle Sounders is one of the best supported team in MLS, averaging 33k/game, so obviously the people aren't bad there either! Dogtits might be able to provide more info, being a West Coaster. When Channel 5 started showing rounders during their Under the Moon show I picked Seattle Mariners as my team. 25 years later, I’ve probably watched three games in total and have no interest in it but would still like to experience a game.

You'll regret it as you are bound to be sleepless...Ok, I MIGHT go to Seattle.
Actually yeah you’re right. f*** Seattle, f*** the Pacific North West and f*** Ken Griffey Jnr. And that massive pitcher who I can’t remember the name of.f*** Seattle
