They're only worth what someone is willing to pay.I am proud of the club personally, fully support the clubs decision to hard ball the sponsorship as the Forest shirt should be valued and it will pay off in the long term. Accept any old rabble and the next year, you'll get any old rabble at bargain basement price, and the next year... the year after...
And judging from those figures, the club is right when they say that Premier League clubs are selling themselves short in terms of shirt sponsors. If the whole bottom half took our approach the shirt sponsors going rate would double. We just sold a squad player with 1 year left on his deal more than we probably got offered in a shirt sponsor in the first year.
