It’s ADIDAS (again!) and KAIYUN SPORTS not MACRON, not BOXT, or UNHCR

I completely take your point about Stone Island in terms of the football terrace culture it's successfully cultivated.

However, as you imply, having Paul Smith on the shirt could have a fairly significant impact for Forest in terms of world-wide exposure.

For Forest yes, but perhaps not for Paul Smith!

Forest dont hold the cards in spondorship deals, hence why we dont have one.

I'd absolutely love to see PS as a Forest sponsor.

I must confess I buy loads of his stuff just because he's from Nottingham. I mean- it's good stuff but I probably wouldn't choose it over other some other brands if it wasn't for the Nottingham factor.

Has everyone seen the mural/graffiti in Beeston?

Not sure many of the warhammer ferrets even know what football is!

But the existing warhammer ferrets aren’t the target…

Rubics

Bin VAR!
So how many football fans over a pint would suddenly think this is crap, I’d rather be sat in my parents basement, in me y fronts painting little bits of plastic!
If a company is going to drop £5-£10m on sponsoring Forest there has to be a return for them and they have to have the budget to do it.

Well, who would it benefit?

Blokes that play with silly figures are hardly hard core football fans, and the chances of a football fan deciding they want to play with figures as a full grown adult might be limited.

Other than that, nothing.

Really?

You work in marketing I assume?

I love driving past that and will always have a look when I go to Tescos. I thought someone would have took a pen to it so glad nobody has vandalized it and I was wrong
I was born in Beeston. Still go there a lot as I only got as far as Bramcote. It's got a bit everything now hasn't it. Cinema, quality restaurants, wine bars, Beeston Social. Even the White Lion has turned into a fancy craft beer place where they pair set menus with craft beers for each course. Shame the house prices are so high now.

When I was a teenager it was going to the Durham/Greyhound/Prince/Oak to get pissed, trying to avoid Fastlane and then carnage at last orders 😂.

Just next door to me,I live in Wollaton.

We go to Beeston for pretty much everything,it's had so much money put in to it it's great.

Admittedly not been to the White Lion in year so will need to go soon,The Vic is still one of my regulars for drinking and food.

I feared slightly for Beeston a bit when they announced the new Tesco's,the developments on the high street with the team etc but its been great for the area.

Whats the best bars/pubs in beeston these days? Ages since I've been
The Crown and the Vic are great pubs for proper ale. The Star, Commercial & Hop pole also decent. There's loads of choice tbf.

If you like trendy places and a bit of IPA then The Beeston Social is great. It's like a bar you'd expect to find in a city centre with a little arcade, books, boardgames etc. Pricey though.

The social don't allow sports shirts, flaggers and I tried to go in with forest shirts on and got denied entry

Beeston is better than Nottingham City Centre?

🤣
It's a damn good alternative if you don't want to be surrounded by pricks to be fair.

Apart from Hockley/Lace Market and the area near the station (Cured, Bink's Yard) the city centre has gone to shit. They don't bother cleaning chewing gum from the streets, half the shops are boarded up & there's a building site smack bang in the middle. Even the water feature on the square is growing mould and broken/not on.

I work there and love our city but it's in a desperate state at the moment.
