After tonight we get either Niakhaté or Sangaré, Boly and Serge back.
I think I’d prefer having Sangaré and Boly back for the Bournemouth and Bristol City games

Time will tell. I think he was starting to show something v Newcastle. I’m convinced he’ll come good. But either way all hands to the pump for Bristol
Don't care about beating them. I think we'll get nobbed vs Ratfaces (even though we just did them) so let's save the extra match lol

It's the only game he's been available for under Nuno and I thought it was his best game - and I've slagged him off sommat rotten.

To be fair to him, we talk about the fee as if it should get us an absolutely elite CDM. But in the same window Rice and Caicedo went for over £100m, Lavea for 60-ish, etc. £32m is not exactly Essentials range but it's not top tier.

I think his confidence has taken quite a knock, I'm pretty sure he's usually more dominant for Ivory Coast than he's been in this tournament.

I like Sangare and think he’s improving. Awoniyi took a bit of time to settle in too
That's the hope. I'm confident Nuno will get him fitter, I just hope with that (and more time to adapt) he seems a bit mentally sharper too. There's definitely a player in there, hopefully we can start to see it with more consistency soon. Hope!

Yeah, I'm remaining optimistic given the big change for the lad, though we may start to run out of time for him to acclimatise to the league.

There have been a few times where he's made legit opposition look silly, but more often they've made him look slow.

I think he looks good overall. The big problem he has, is he likes to play with ball too far a ahead of him, and that doesn't work in the EPL where duels are more critical to the tactical playbook. He gets robbed too often, but how to stop that is the question.

Just watching a few bits for Ivory Coast now, and selling Mangala now feels like a worse move with every kick Sangare takes.

There's a bit of play where the keeper rolls the ball to him on just outside the D, there's no-one around him for miles, his first touch plays the ball too far in front of him and he loses it straight away as he struggles to keep up. Not even League 2 stuff.

Even if this kid does come good, it'll be a miracle if he does it this season. We're expecting a lot of Nuno to turn him round.

Also, hilarious to suggest Danilo playing alongside this kid would benefit his development. He literally doing stuff which gets you mullard in the Prem. Unless Danilo is meant to be playing alongside him with the instruction "watch him and learn what NOT to do"
