Financial Fair Play (FFP)

To my mind there's no such thing as good news unless the decision is there's no punishment (hahahhaha), a fine only or a suspended points deduction.

The only thing to contemplate is the scale of the punishment, in such circumstances and given our current position there's no player in the world who's gonna be complacent - tomorrow is the footballing equivalent of a gladitorial showdown and if you're not up for that then you should just hang up your boots now.

I thought everyone had agreed on 4 based on 6 but 2 back for agreeing to not appeal.
Nope. Everton supporters have all agreed on 10 points.

Once we'd submitted our accounts C/O Dele Alli, Goodison Park, it was quickly established that we had spent in excess of some £8.6 Trillion in comparison to Everton.

This has then been sent for a full audit with Tony Bellew. Audit comments from Mr Bellow were

"Eh laaa, that's bad dat is laaa, thems proper worserer than us dat is. R arl fella sez to us Dems gonna be bad Tez lad an e weren't wrong laaa. Deez numbers av been dun by some proper scabby meffs. Dey doo dow don't de doo"

You can't argue with that to be fair. I can see why the Everton fans think we'll probably get a minimum of 10 points minimum, probably worthy or 30 or 40 though

You won't see Tony again - he'll be at home with his wife and kids.

I’m pleased our COVID (cough) losses didn’t exceed £200 million.
Besides,if we get 10 (which I don’t think we will),Everton could be docked the same.
Thickest whining fans in the country.

I've just looked back. Everton's initial points deduction was announced Friday November 17th by the look of it. That was in the middle of the November international break, so there is precedent for using the break for the announcement.
It makes sense to wait until Monday - everyone then has time to calm down and prepare for the rest of the season.
Apparently Everton’s 2nd breach is reviewed net week and it was always stated that would start on completion of ours

Almost certainly. I think we need at least 7 points from those games.
It depends on the points deduction,Ash-these 3 games (plus Sheffield United and Burnley away) are the
5 most likely fixtures in my view to yield 3 points. We’ve got a chance against Everton (away) and
Chelsea (home) but bugger all chance at Tottenham (away) and Citeh (h) in my opinion.

Not confident about us away from home to be honest, so I don't fancy us even against Burnley or Sheffield United. We aren't playing badly at home but away from home we are shocking. We've got to make the most of our home games IMO.

We’ve been wank since the news came out we’d breached financial rules so hopefully when our punishment is announced it will take a weight of everyone’s shoulders and we can look somewhat competent again.
Oh it will have effected moral without a doubt.

Marinakis, his son, Randall, and the fools running the show are 100% top of the shop to blame for our demise this season. They've created almost impossible jobs for the managers, whilst screwing up the excellent, considered, precise and professional methods which got us promoted, including the finance management.

If they had the courage of their convictions, they'd walk away from anything footballing at the club, and find someone better to take over again. But they won't, coz they're weak and desperate for designer attention.

3 months ago Luton being shit was discounted as Forest were plummeting uncontrolled headlong to relegation yet now Luton being shit is the reason Forest may not get relegated even though they are closer to it now than 3 months ago.

You really couldn't make some of this shit up.

We really are desperate and in trouble.
