It’s doesn’t f***ing matter about the age, NO ONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE SHOULD f***ing DRIVE. FULL ******* STOP. Nothing pisses me off more than seeing the other still able to play??? Bollocks.
I hate it when people sit on the fence.

The club should have made a statement & f**ked em all off. Keough being discarded purely on the premise he's of no use anymore, while the other more culpable pair crack on as if nowts happened sends out a pretty f**ked up message for me.
Exactly. They only sacked RK because he was no use to them. Very hypocritical to keep the two with value. Says a lot more about financial aspects than moral aspects.

Perhaps Mad Mel has given Lawrence and Bennett account book values of 15 million quid and to sack them would drop DCFC into FFP penalty........

This thread has brightened up my day. As your threads usually do Calvin. Thank you.

But what a bunch of scumbags. Filthy club totally disassociated with its core fans now.

I almost felt sorry for them reading some of their comments.

Almost.

Well this sets Rooney up for the captaincy.
Watching him play in the MLS, I foresee we'll have even more fun from him than we had with Keogh.

Talking of Keogh, his name always reminds of phlegm. Cough, cough, Keogh = spit it out.

I love the thought of the big idiot angrily storming round his house going mental about all this:D

Players should have to carry their own insurance to cover transfer fees in the event of gross misconduct.

I can see why clubs find it very difficult to take the morally right actions.

Take comfort in remembering your boot connecting with a Shaggers head on Osmaston Road back in the day, :)

Bet he wakes up every morning, has half a second of unawareness then....”oh Fuuuuuuuu...”

Like the worst ongoing ‘what the F did I do that for’ ever.

Shame.

I think he's been at Derby for over seven years now, while being a first team pro for well over a decade.

If he's been sensible with his money I doubt he'll have much to worry about in the future, it's not like he's not been paid ridiculous money for the vast majority of that time.

According to news report Keogh was "stunned" when his bosses told him he'd have to take a massive pay cut and he refused since it was "unacceptable" to him.

The sense of entitlement is breathtaking.

I can just imagine him sitting there fuming and thinking to himself "Cheeky f***ers, don't they know who I am?"

Well yes Dickie, they did, that's why they told you to f*** off you pompous twat.

I’ve wondered the same. Many professions require the practitioner to have insurance.

It would help clubs make difficult decisions as you say, and hopefully reduce player power by Machiavellian types who know they can abuse their asset value. Way too easy for players to undermine a coach when they’re valued a lot more on the balance sheet.

The cost would be very small, and if a player has a rep for being a bad apple then he’ll pay a higher premium.

Do any legal bods on here know who is responsible for his injuries? He knowingly got into a car driven by someone he knew shouldn't have been driving so is it his fault or the driver's? I'm pretty sure that the driver would have been charged with his death had he been killed in the accident. Are serious injuries different?

C ) Wasnt it him that tried to give the police a false name?

I thought C was made up by Forest fans?

I think this poster has got it spot on over the “C”

It's not illegal to get in the back seat of a car whilst drunk, he broke no laws.

The responsibility of the occupants of the car is the drivers.

The legal experts at Derby say once you reach 14 the responsibility is no longer the drivers
