So I reckon we can clear a bit of room here: in terms of the 25 for me it's lose a right back (Aurier my pick), midfielder (Mangala it seems), one of McKenna/Worral, one of the the shite keepers and wheel and deal with whatever we make (according to Percy, though I think there's cash to be spent). Origi and Tavares loans cleared too... there's room to reduce the 25.
For me it's keeper, at least one winger, forward and if possible another CAM. I'm always up for a new left back too, though that can wait till the summer with Omar out getting minutes at Oly.
Not sure what the crack is with Dennis - he can replace Origi for me since he isn't worse and he is our asset. We'd still need to bring in another winger.
I think we'll see some movement both ways this week... Also wonder if we might bomb out Vlachademos ahead of Hovarth? Did Marinakis buy that Portuguese club? Problem solved!

Agree on the outgoings, although don't think we'll get any interest in any of our keepers so we'll probably have five senior keepers on our books come February.
Think Aguilera has done enough to demonstrate he can be backup CAM.
Transfers in winger and keeper are absolute priority. If it's just those two can probably live with nothing else, although would like another striker too.

There's only Boly and Taiwo in our squad who genuinely dominate in the air and they are not mainstays in the eleven. We've got plenty of tall players who for whatever reason are only average in the air.

Assumptions (please correct me if I'm wrong on any of these):-
Serge's deal didn't get done.
Omo, Murillo, Reyna and Ribeiro were all U21 before the season started, so don't need to be named in the 25.
Obviously I haven't included anyone now out on loan.

I've assumed Hennessey won't be registered going forwards - as 4 keepers seems like a waste.
It's also been established that Nuno prefers a smaller squad, but surely we'll still use the full compliment of 25? If so - do we register a 4th keeper, or Hwang, Laryea?

Turkish window is open for another week, so plenty of time for Serge to move to Gala, if that move is going to happen, which I suspect it will (and, so does my Turkish colleague who is a Gala fan, as they need a RB after selling Boey to FC Bayern).

Funny one about the open slots - you'd imagine they'd be registered for sake of value retention (if there is any). Wonder if they might all get shipped off to USA/Canada/somewhere else, though the Hwang case probably effects him.
Ironically he's the most likely to get near a matchday squad, though with the legal thing he probably wouldn't even with huge injury crisis.

A 4th keeper is only a "waste" if it's at the expense of something.
If Origi and Aurier are both leaving, then we might as well register both Hennessey and Shelvey as 4th and 5th keepers. And Konate. And still have a spot to spare.
Just don't see a scenario that Laryea or Hwang get registered. Laryea will be back in MLS within 3 weeks, and Hwang is toxic right now (along with being crap).

Can we register one of the bomb squad after the cut off seeing as it's possible to acquire unregistered players after the date (eg Ayew last season iirc) - not that I see any of the bomb squad ever wearing a forest shirt again...
