And the game would be far better if you didn't need to get coaching badges. All you get are manager clones. Half of them can't spot a good player for toffee but they can put on a good session and use the latest buzz words.

I'm sure we'd all like Andy Reid to be part of the management team. He is someone who we've known for years. Someone who appears to love our city. I watched his interview on Forest Player and he makes it clear he doesn't like the sheep. So good luck to him.

If you haven't seen it check out his interview on Forest player. Comes across really well and looks like he's enjoying himself again. Hopefully this becomes a permanent role as he comes across as one of those people made for coaching.

I particularly liked the part where he said he didn't like Derby with a smirk on his face.
