Let's be fair, we aren't absolutely brimming with actual top level talent.
If we did sack him, we would presumably have to replace him with someone who would do a better job, and in reality, I can't think of an English manager who would.
If he quits of course that's different.
His record isn't bad. EC runners up in 2020 (21 actually), World Cup SF in 2018 and QF in 2020, qualifying for them is never in doubt unlike under some where it's gone to the wire, probably about as well as we'd be expected to do.
And if you hold any value in the FIFA WRs at all, this is the time we played a side ranked above us, hence not expected to win.
