Scored some absolute beauties. Always gave his all. Always showed passion. Always respected the fans.

Came across as a genuine fan of the club. He settled here with his missus and she seemed to be a fan of the club too. Never once have I seen anything to suggest he made a fuss of not being selected or having to wipe the arse of the team playing out if position.

A solid pro. I'll miss him.

I also have to disagree with people saying he's not good enough for where we want to be. There's always room for players with that commitment to the club. Probably good enough to be a starter for a play off team, definitely good enough to be a squad player.

Surprised to not even see a bog standard "we thank him for his efforts and wish him well" or anything.

They usually at least make the gesture, regardless of whether it is meant or not!
