Don't forget, the season is only 7 games old, we still have players injured and some "just returned" from injury.

The people spouting half the rubbish are the same ones who so clearly said we would never get promoted last season.

They got that wrong, perhaps its time to remind them again.................

Kilburn I am impressed, you have managed to put across a point without comparing Forest to Derby. Makes a pleasent change. :)

Reason being is Derby are in the same league as us, struggling and look so dire that they could be mistaken for Hucknall Town. (no offence)

It took 7 games to start, and itll take another 10 games to get rid of the moaning, in a nutshell, get ready for the same arguements being raised and the same answer's being brandished which will bore most oldies of the forum and infuriate the newbies...

Cole was a mistake, anyone could see that, hes taking a shirt and wages that could have been given to someone else who might have contributed something.

AS so many pointed out during pre season moaning, we have spent more cash than most, including Swansea and Donny, but as even a blind man could see the defence would struggle without being  added to, except Calderwood.

Calderwood is one lucky bloke, he probably kept his job because of Donny and Carlisles ineptness at the end of the last season, and we are paying for this now.

The buck stops with manager, he buys the players, he is responsible for picking the team and telling them how to play, and sadly he has been lacking in his ability to do this since day one.

Never before have I felt the need to defend Kilburn, in fact I was usually the first one to launch into the attack at his posts. However, last night I was on post 9999 and Kilburn noted this. I then asked him in PM for a rant thread for post number 10,000 and he was kind enough to oblige. Sadly I fell asleep before he'd finished it, so I think he missed my reply. His second post on the thread even finishes with 'crowds of 10k'.

All of us who met him at the Promotion party can testify to the fact that he is Forest through and through and has been for years. His references to Derby come from the fact that he (a) lives in Derbyshire and (b) is a complete wind up merchant. He is also without doubt, one of the stars of the forum, whose posts are guaranteed to bring about a reaction.

Oh, and of and off are two different words.

To read the limp posts on this forum, anybody would think we are on the verge of a UEFA place.

Where do you start with this clusterf*ck of a club!?!?

Cloughies passing anniversary past with a whimper. Shame on you Forest.

The lads at the back of A - Block sang "Andyy Colle, Annddy Annddy Anndy Cole" with 10 mins to go today.

If I had a f*cking machine gun!  :suicide:

Time to get the smelly wet mackerel out again and slap a few slappers.

Who shall we blame?

The club, Clownerwood, Doughty, Wes "The Error" Morgan or the memory of Brian?

Can anybody seriously stomach going back to the third flight and yeovil?

Because believe me boys and girls and Antolli, that where we are heading with a do not pass go or collect 200 ticket.

Failure to score more than one goal in all but one league game should have the alarm bells ringing.

18k turned up today to witness a totally inept performance by what is essentially a third flight team.

Only by default did we escape the misery of third tier dross. Leeds United WERE a better team.

Doughty is fisting everybody all over again and some fans seem to enjoy it.

Calderwood is a total muppet who has the tactical awareness of a slug sat in a bath of sea salt.

Tyson should have been sold to Bristol City. They are a bigger club and may have enabled him to finally fullfill his potential.

Andrew fuc*king Cole is nothing more that a shirt seller who has come to collect his pension. His legs dont work and his whole body language says "Couldnt give a flying fu*k"

Wes Morgan is a f*cking liability and should be shot before he inflicts any more none league defending upon the club.

Bring back Jack Lester!

World Cup Stadium!!!  Just fuc* off Nigel!!

The club died along with cloughie, we just never realised did we.

Life after Brian can never be the same, Forest can never be the same. The young muppets who attend the City Ground do not deserve the right to be associated with the great man and all he stood for.

For fu*k sake forest fans, stop rimming each other and wake up to the pending disaster  that approaches!

In the eyes of adversity.....we always have Kilburn.  :airkiss:

On paper, all is gloomy, yet there are positive things to see if you look up.

An aspiring mid table finish is still more than possible should we fix the simple mistakes we're making.

Kilburn is a highly respected member of this forum and is entitled to post his spin on events as he sees them. No doubt he will find the mindless insults most amusing.

A relegation after less than ten games is "going early" in predictions in any man's book.

Do you believe Man Utd will go down? They're not far from the bottom.
Should Hull City start thinking about players to be rested next season for the European games?

The season will twist and turn and for me, Nottingham Forest have the base of a good squad.
They may end up in a relegation battle - if they do, I think they're better than at least three teams I know in this league - however after the games you've played its quite early to say.

By the way we have Wolves away next week. What formation do you recommend?   ;D

I think we all know where the problem is.
Calderwood.
Tactical chaos. Inability to find right players for this competition.

Earnshaw, Martin, Moussi, Anderson, Garner, Cole.

Coupled with Smith, Wilson, McGugan, Cohen, McCleary.

All easily good enough for this level, and either found or brought through by Calderwood.

Add to into the mix the likes of Perch, Bennett, Morgan etc and I think Calderwood has definitely found the right players for this level.

Scouting and buying has aways been his strong suit.

He also got the tactics right yesterday, we utilised pace, which caused no end of problems. Charlton couldn't deal with it.

Something else that seems to have gone un noticed was the way every pass back to Weaver was closed down, which isn't something we usually do. It's clearly come from a scouting report that shows he's not comfortable striking a pass back first time.

Whilst the tactics didn't yield a win, they were clearly the right tactics, it was the execution of them that caused us not to score.

Seven exactly seven. Do you think West Ham United are going to finish 4th? Do you think that Crystal Palace are going to finish in or around the relegation zone? No one can make a conclusion after 7 games especially in the championship quite clearly the tightest league in england. One win will take us to mid-table and 2 wins could make us promotion contenders so how it equates to relegation I will never know.

To read the limp posts on this forum, anybody would think we are on the verge of a UEFA place.

You don't know the meaning of realism let alone optimism so how you can make this out is ridiculous

Where do you start with this clusterf*ck of a club!?!?

A bit of positivity and credit to the people that have worked so hard to get the club back where it was after all the sh1te we have endured (due to poor managers who anyone in charged would've been willing to appoint at the time) is a good start

Cloughies passing anniversary past with a whimper. Shame on you Forest.

We got a point and a clean sheet after 3 straight defeats not amazing but still a success

The lads at the back of A - Block sang "Andyy Colle, Annddy Annddy Anndy Cole" with 10 mins to go today.

Something we agree on

Who shall we blame?

Let's start by blaming poor attendances maybe? or how about no one at all since there, at this point is nothing to blame them for.

The club, Clownerwood, Doughty, Wes "The Error" Morgan or the memory of Brian?

Can anybody seriously stomach going back to the third flight and yeovil?

Well why consider it to be fate after 7 games then

Because believe me boys and girls and Antolli, that where we are heading with a do not pass go or collect 200 ticket.

Bullsh1t

Failure to score more than one goal in all but one league game should have the alarm bells ringing.

It is a concern but it's a new league and it is a difficulty to adapt. Derby found that last year and never even managed to get used to it and you bummed off them so why is it s different with us when there is soo much less of an issue?

18k turned up today to witness a totally inept performance by what is essentially a third flight team.

We stretched their defence and we were more than there match we should've scored and yes our finishing is poor but Earnshaw was off the pitch when our best chance came. We should have finished Weaver had to make a great save to deny us and Smith had to do the same. We improved defensively which was rewarded with a clean sheet. Upfront we will improve as time goes along Earnshaw will bang in the goals as he has already started to now and I think with the chances continually coming we are bound to bang in the goals. In our losses we have scored so that is something to take a positive from defensively we have improved so it should lead to a positive future with goals continuing and the defence tightening up.

Only by default did we escape the misery of third tier dross. Leeds United WERE a better team.

A better team that shouldn't have existed that season because they broke the rules and their punishment should've been not being allowed to participate in league one that season. It's all well and good saying they were better than us but if they shouldn't exist then we deserved to finish 2nd

Doughty is fisting everybody all over again and some fans seem to enjoy it.

Calderwood is a total muppet who has the tactical awareness of a slug sat in a bath of sea salt.

Sure that is how you get us in the top 6 in your first season and getting us DESERVEDLY automatically promoted in the 2nd yeah... what a dumbass he is

Tyson should have been sold to Bristol City. They are a bigger club and may have enabled him to finally fullfill his potential.

He should've been sold to Brizzle because he is no good. Brizzle are not going to make him a better player. Tyson is at best a league one player as a permanant first teamer he will only do well as a sub because with full energy against tired defenders he will skip past them with ease. He is a poor poor player otherwise.

Andrew fuc*king Cole is nothing more that a shirt seller who has come to collect his pension. His legs dont work and his whole body language says "Couldnt give a flying fu*k"

He is poor no doubt about it

Wes Morgan is a f*cking liability and should be shot before he inflicts any more none league defending upon the club.

Wes Morgan is by far the most consistent defender he is big and strong and wins most headers if he was soo bad then Chambers or Perch would've replaced him by now. He is one of the better defenders in the club and let's to be honest I don't know what we would do without him the only reason people criticise him is because of his f**k up in the play off semi final. Tell me one mistake he made against Charlton because as far as I am aware he made none and made some vital blocks.

Bring back Jack Lester!

World Cup Stadium!!!  Just fuc* off Nigel!!

Life after Brian can never be the same, Forest can never be the same. The young muppets who attend the City Ground do not deserve the right to be associated with the great man and all he stood for.

Fans like you don't even deserve to be let in the stadium when you seem to bum off derby so much. Brian was a legend and I can't see anyone replicating what he did. If that is what you expect from our side then no wonder you're so negative.

For fu*k sake forest fans, stop rimming each other and wake up to the pending disaster  that approaches!

What disaster?! If we lose our next game you'll be telling us we are never going to win again!!

It's been a while and I am quite surprised I can't wait for our next win and when we are mid-table I look foward to seeing whether or not you will even be posting on here or whether you will be waiting for something bad to happen at the club.

As I said before you clearly seem to be expecting someone to do exactly what Cloughie did. Some day we may if we are lucky be able to get into the champions league but I can't see you being happy unless we win the champions league twice in a row.

Please we have moved on from Cloughie its great to celebrate what he did but to want it to be replicated clearly shows who the deluded FAN is here.
