We Are Premier League

Looking forward to the day we disappear from the BBC sport Championship page and appear on the Prem page. I imagine that will be when the fixtures are listed?

Excuse me but where we're all of you when we were in the third division?

Suffering along with you.

Carlisle & Northampton are some of the grounds that are burnt into my subconscious. Arrived late to the former after a shi**y long drive in time to see Garner net for them. Then spent the rest of a dull goaless match trying to ignore the mouth-ache beside me who decided to swear at Brekin non stop for most of the game...

Oh, and lets not forget Andy (statue) Cole at Preston

Glory days (not)

I'd love to see Coventry, Sheffield Wednesday and QPR back in the top flight.

Oldham Athletic too. Then it would be something like what I remember growing up.

We had midweek matches at Carlisle all three League 1 seasons.

I did them all.

Remember McLeary’S key goal in 2008 in the promotion season?
We only played Carlisle twice away in League 1(a 1-0 defeat and a 0-2 victory)-the Cumbrians gained promotion
from League 2 during our first season in the 3rd tier.
I too attended both games-mainly to make up for not going in 1977(Clough’s promotion season)when I woke up with
a hangover and couldn’t face the four and a half hour train journey to the North West.

There's so much Forest content all of a sudden

Just endless hours reading news, watching videos. Been starved of media attention for years.

Why we love football, me and the guy next to me suffered through the entire game. We had never even met before yet by the end we were hugging each other and both in tears.

Nothing else brings people together like football, absolutely nothing

Seventh place gets a trip to Europe these days. That might be worth a punt. Dafter things have happened.

Forest 1000/1 to win the prem, worth a fiver :)
Another reason to hate Leicester; since they won it bookies have slashed outside odds like this. No way they were 5 times less likely to win it that season than we are this time.

It doesn't make a difference for us because a £5 bet on Forest to win the PL at 1000/1 or 5000/1 is still paying out £0.

I know this is sacrelage now as well but I think the League should be expanded back to 24 teams or 22. The players are paid a fortune now an I would rather they trained less and played more.

The major thing I am going to miss from the championship is the extra games. I understand peoples concerns of quality but to be honest I just enjoy watching Forest play football and if footballers are on 60k a week I personally dont feel its out of order to expect more footy.
