Good player or not, he played half a season for a team that got relegated from the division we are striving to stay in.
100% agree on all the comments on signing an injured player, it's simply not worth the risk after we got burnt last season.

However on the point of him playing for a relegated team last year, him missing the back end of the season was instrumental in Leeds going down. Their record with Vs without him last season is very interesting reading.

So Leeds wouldn't have got enough points to stay up with or without him - interesting reading! :ROFLMAO:

Clearly not. But you get a gold star for taking part of post and using it to try and come across as being clever.

I could add it all back in, the question stands by itself.

Think he'd be a good fit, if fit. Equally, if it's 2-3 months before we'd see him in the first team, don't think it's worth it. Imho, we don't yet have the luxury of signing players who can come good in the last half of the season.

Edit: Of course there are good players - or just players that fit a system - to be found in relegated sides.

And yet you didn’t.

Oh so I get it you want two gold stars now???
No, i dont need gold stars.

I'd settle for you accepting that the club don't make risky transfers of players who might be injured because of what the fan reaction might be.

Imagine the reaction if they actually did 😳

I do feel maybe Forest might be concerned about signing an injured player. Richards sadly looks permanently broken. It’s likely this has also left the club being extra careful about signing injured players going forward.

Imagine we sign him and he breaks down before even playing for us. The outcry would be immense.

We signed Shelvey while he was injured.

Unfortunately that turned out to be the least of the problems!

I would settle for you reading my actual first response which clearly states and starts with CLEALY NOT.

See when you take the time to actually read the post rather than trying to be smart you would have found that the answer was there all along.

Bit surprised that there's been little talk about Sinesterra in the market he's always looked a threat whenever I've seen him

Yes, was great for Leeds last season when he got up to speed, scoring 6 goals iirc. Very dynamic and strong winger.

So yes, seems odd that he doesn't have suitors.

I feel like Leeds played a little hard ball risk here with some of their players - they'd better come back up for their financial sake.

While its generally acknowledge that Bourmouth have done 'good business' in this window, they are getting to the point of having a lot of new players to integrate.

It will be interesting to see how they fare early on.

Theyve done impressive work, but he is joining from a team who tried a very similar approach last season (and which didn't go particularly well).
