For some reason as of late the image icon (in fact all icons) are greyed out when I write a message. So the B, italic, the link sign, the picture/image sign and the back sign all unavailable.

Any idea. Anyone?

Some of you are being very dramatic for no reason. Do you really want us to blindly shop around like we did last season? I sure the hell don't. Trust them to bring in the right fits. Now if we are still in the first week of August and no activity fine, but no reason to get carried away now.

Drink some whiskey, watch porn, build a bookcase; whatever you need to do to relieve stress.

Clearly need a new GK, for some reason I’m confident we’ll get Hendo back.

16 or so solid starters there depending on formation. Also have Bowler, who I’ve got time for.

As long as we get Henderson, there’s no reason to panic. We need to find four or five quality players and I’d image that takes longer.

We’re also clearly light up front if Awoniyi gets injured, hence some of the Brazilian links.

PSV target is clearly in that CM upgrade/competition.

The only real negative as the time ticks by is that we want them to have as long a pre-season with the squad as possible.

Just some perspective about those impatient but unless we don't sign a keeper we will be in an infinitely stronger position than the start of last season regardless of what happens. The majority of our good business last year happened after the season started, everyone thinks we were super busy, we didn't really get cooking until August.

In retrospect that was a garbage side and it's surprising we only lost 2-0. The state of that midfield! Indeed we are in a much better starting position this season and we should be fine with only a few quality signings, and we should be patient to ensure that it's the right ones

It's shit. You've got to get in there as early as possible. In October we'll still be saying how the new players don't know their new team mates. Got to get ahead FFS.

Thanks for reminding people just how bad the team we started with last season was. I had forgot and hopfully this will calm some people down a bit. We have a good first 11, well apart from a goalkeeper and I can not see much movement from other teams yet. We will be fine as long as we stay away from anymore Newcastle rejects

Yeah I was speaking somebody today about it, it’s unusually quiet across the entire division. Feels like it’s waiting to get going in general, like a big game of jenga.

We right now have more talent thatn Burnley, Luton, Sheff U, Everton,Palace, and probably others imo. Yes anything can happen over the course of a season, but I think we are on an upward trajectory versus just biting our nails off and having heart palpitations again until we are safe from relegation.

I fully expect at least 3 guys to come in before our first game, perhaps more.
