Given the MGW Tifo reaction, I'm hoping the next one will involve Yates. It opens in Trent upper as usual. Yates is kissing the badge. The words at the bottom read "When Yatesy scores, we're in the Trent".

Then from the main Tifo a massive dong unfurls out and along the BC stand, across Upper Bridgford and back down the main stand. The bellend coming to rest on the family section might not go down well though. Might have to go the other way around.

Definitely hugely at fault for that goal

He's 'one of our own' and puts in a good shift but he's technically and tactically out of his depth at PL level.

Whether Sangare or Dominguez are the answer, or not, the fact he's still in the starting XI after we have spent what we have shows the issues with our recruitment strategies and coaching.

Sangare misplaced a couple of passes against Crystal Palace so is now “shite” for all time I’m afraid.

Yates isn't hitting the same heights as he was under Cooper. Worth calling out as the other side of the coin to Wood being brought on by Nuno.

Few other players in the same place as Yates: Toffolo, Niakhate, Dominguez, Felipe, Murillo. All better in the first half of the season than the second half in my opinion.

I don't think it's a coincidence that since we've been more attacking and added more possession we've seen a drop off in Yates (Fulham aside). We're asking for Yates to contribute towards something which just isn't an aptitude of his.
