Not ITK by any means but I will pass on what I've been told anyway.

My boss at work plays a lot of golf with Liverpool U21 manager Alex Inglethorpe and my boss informed me today that we have put in a loan offer for Sterling.

He didn't say if it's been accepted or how far into talks we are with Liverpool but what hes been told they are looking at loaning him out to a none Premiership team.

They're specifically looking to send him out to a team outside of the Premier League? Surely quite a few of the teams up there would gladly take him on loan with a clause of not being able to play against Liverpool? Would be a great signing, but can't see it happening.

Apparently Rodgers doesn't want him at another Prem club.

My boss did say Inglethorpe mentioned Wigan have asked about him too.

Why wouldnt Rodgers want him at another Prem club?

If he was to come down to the championship the most realistic option would be back at QPR where he started, closer to home and his 1000 kids which he is supposedly meant to have

£50 that IF he does go out on loan it will be to a Championship club and not a Premiership one?

Can take the piss all you want but what I do know for 100% fact he would of joined us in March if Rodgers had enough players available .

Davies wanted him on loan when Davies came back to the club, funny isn't how Sterling played 1 game and made 3 sub appearances at the time Davies wanted him on loan.

Agreed, we should forget quality England players like Raheem, Nicky Shorey, Jay Bothroyd and Kevin Davies. No matter how much we all obviously want to sign Jay Bothroyd we need to accept that two European Cups just don't buy success like they used to.
