Premier league fixtures 2022/23 season (including Kickoff changes and moved matches!)

This thread needs to exist so as to better collate the bollocksing around being done to the fixtures and the lack of adequate regard for fans.

Related, how's this for an idea:
Since the club gets a wedge of cash for the TV fixture-move, how about they offer to refund legitimate costs and losses incurred by fans whose transport/accommodation/match ticket is now useless.

Anyways. Millwall at home is now on the Friday night not Saturday 3pm.

Re: "This game has been moved for television" (aka boll*cks to Sky) thread

Pisses me off when they move home games but as I dont get to away games very often, I like when they're on TV. You're right though, the people who have forked out for transport, accommodation and tickets only for the game to be moved relatively late on, should have some sort of recompense.

I love a Friday night football match so I prefer it.

This will become ever more frequent as the run in gets closer and if we remain in the top 3/4, especially if we break the top 2.

Everyone knows the date provided when the fixtures are released is actually a 3 day window. I dont believe anyone is genuinely surprised anymore when matches get moved for TV. If you book accommodation etc you know you are taking a risk.

The more times we are on Sky the better, because that means we are doing well.

I hate Friday night footy. If we go up we'll be grateful for a Saturday game.

It's funny though - they've always been ***** for their choice of when the pick to televise our games - usually when we play a club pressing for promotion and they're expecting a live-on-national-TV collapse from us.

This is starting to feel like they booking our games because they want to chart the promotion.

So let's see it as a good omen.

It`s mad when you look at our away games and how many have actually ended up being played at 3pm on a Saturday. Home games are getting nearly as bad.

I'm still here Crewton
I don't think we can plan any weekend's until the season is over.

I had hoped to have a couple of days out at Sheff Wed and Barnsley but they'll probably get moved.

I would be tempted to fly in from Germany, kick off at a few and do one back to the Fatherland before plod could get anything on me.

That’s a f***ing genius plan.

When you think about it, the stars are aligning again. Liverpool are going back to the superforce they once were, and maybe that Nottingham Forest are going to get promoted and spoil things again. I’d love it.

Does anyone know the minimum notice they have to give before moving a game? I think it's around 4 weeks nowadays but can't remember.

It's 5 weeks, but as of the 7th February that changes to 4 weeks as the season reaches it's climax ensuring that the actual supporters get f**ked arounf even more when it really matters.

:hi:

Watching and waiting mate. It’s been a long time coming.
Like Wes said, it will probably end up in a ban for quite a few of us judging by the enthusiasm here

Just as things are picking up every f***er will end up with a ban, could’ve done with a game v Liverpool when Megson or Cotteril was manager & ban would’ve been a blessing
