Sigh.

Not a game to judge the season on obviously, we all know Arsenal are a great team, but with better keeper we get some points from that.

Even if we had a load of players back, Turner still loses us points with that mistake.

With each passing game it becomes more and more frustrating that we focused on changing manager instead of keeper. Nunos coming undone from the exact same individual errors, you just cannot keep making these errors at Prem level.

We got robbed a little in that extra time. Spent at least 2 minutes doing their best to find something wrong with Taiwo's goal, then there was at least 2 somewhat lengthy stoppages from players going down, and the time wasted by Arsenal taking their time on set pieces, and it's still barely 2 extra minutes on top of the 5. Damn!
Think the most frustrating thing is the type of goals we conceded, they worked so hard and did so well. What a shame. Sometimes it feels like everyone is pilling on Turner, but he really shouldn't be beaten as his near post like that. Shocking!

A couple of mistakes cist the game. I'm not sure Turner's was as bad as many are making out but it comes in sequence so there you go. Montiel's was daft, as he'd had such a good game up to the point.

Good to see Awoniyi and Elanga back.

Nuno has nearly enough tools in the box to save the season. It starts here.

Thought we were really poor tonight to be honest.
Atmosphere was crap too.

Didn’t expect a result but we looked like a poor team.

Would have been good to get something but elanga back, awoniyi back, then the lads from the Afcon and hopefully sangare comes back and nuno can get him playing to the potential we expected and its good days ahead. On awoniyi and keeping him fit, starting with wood and awoniyi for the 2nd half, if that keeps him fit for the rest of the season I'd be happy with that

Lost to one of the top teams whilst we’re not at full strength 2-1. Outplayed really but ok scoreline well deserved win for Arse. I’m not going to blame Matt Turner on that goal… actually it was f***ing shit defending in the first place lol. Murillo by far man of the match, absolute beast of a player, we will be very fortunate to keep him, he’ll be off to lance Armstrong aka city.

We’re a bit f**ked now but there’s some hope in that Awoniyi scored, immediately shows his strength… MGW his engine is superb along with Dominguez.

They’re better than this, why do they show so much respect to Arsenal? I get it.. they can pass… but ffs, they need to grow a pair.

Sort of optimistic but am not really in a weird way. We for sure get something tonight with a decent keeper and we actually wouldn't be far off mid-table standard in general imo. But Turner/Vlach are so bad that we go down 100% regardless of point deductions if we don't recruit so it's a big 24/48 hours for sure.

Frustrating to put in that much graft for yet another goalkeeper error, and to be fair to Turner he was solid all game from corners and in distribution but i'm sorry you just can't allow that goal at this level. And we can't keep having the same goalkeeper complaints game after game after game.

A big 48 hours shopping ahead because we need more firepower and another bastard goalkeeper. A big positive is the centre back partnership of Omo and Murillo (if Real Madrid or City arent in for him within 18 months i don't know anything about football, he's an absolute titan at 21, imagine what he's like at 26)
