After losing to the Office 365 masters courtesy of the sainted Ivan Toney we are back at the WFCG playing the team who we helped in their early days by giving them the red shirts whilst cutting the sleeves off.

Arsenal have been beaten at the City Ground in the league last season and also twice in recent seasons in the cup though we have been beaten heavily at their place a few times.

We still have the usual players out at AFCON and a few more two weeks away but have a good chance if we play as well as we can.

They can try to hide it but we all know they do not fancy a trip to the city ground.
If we use our heads this could be another 3 points.
The fans will do their bit just need the players to step up

Two things concern me about Tuesday.

First is lack of options within the squad due to AFCON and injuries. Will find it difficult against them with so many missing.

Then there’s the worry about set pieces. They’ve scored something like 45% of their goals from set plays. We can’t defend them and I fear Saliba and Gabriel will have a lovely time against our Andrew and his little mate Murillo.

That said they really don’t like the WFCG and it’s under the lights… anything can happen.

Think I prefer the first option though.

On paper when you look at that lineup you have to be honest and say we will be very lucky to come away with anything.

The start of four games in twelve days which could go a long way to determining our season. League survival or Cup glory.

I think we have to go all out with the strongest team each time.
That doesn't just apply to the coming 4 games.
Forest simply have to play the best team in every game.
We don't have the comfort blanket of being established mid-table to ever field a weaker team, and the 2 cup competitions are ur only hope of winning some silverware for the Club and medals for the players.
Without survival in the Prem, and credibility in the cups we will have to always pay top dollar to attract decent players.

If we play like we did against Bristol we are going to get absolutely battered here, hopefully Nuno is learning fast.
