He’s coped with some pressure situations for the ‘USMNT’ (as they like to be called) so, I’m not sure that’s true. Maybe he’s got the yips or he’s putting too much pressure on himself given how long he waited for a chance to be a Prem no.1, don’t know.

I gather you played GK at a decent youth level? So wouldn't you agree the aforementioned looks like a rabbit in the headlights and dances around like a dervish, while having little spatial awareness and little concept of narrowing the angles?
Not that I've been to a match for 32 bloody years, living abroad, and am ignorant of the facts. I only know that Turner gets the nod for me until we get someone with a cool head and some athleticism.
Eg: Kasper Schmeical - or even his dad...
Alternatively, what are George Shelvey's stats?

Monkey nuts or whatever, Shirley Mr Vlach shouldn't be allowed back until he loses his fear of actually leaving his line by only a few feet, and only when necessary ( like at bloody corners for one) and at least giving a passing resemblance of controlling his box?

I did play GK, and while at Uni I did get some decent coaching (my Uni was UAU Champions and Runners up several times).
Personally, I am at a total loss as to which of our 3 keepers should get the nod.
By the way, shelvey isn't one of the 3 keepers in the 25, has litle experience, and is set to go on loan to develop him.
As things stand, even if he was in the 25, I would be reluctant to chuck him in at the deep end.
A nervous goalie puts the defenders in front of him on edge, and I think it is apparent that they don't trust either Tirner or Odysseus.
The 3rd keeper is Hennessey, and he comes with some weaknesses that have restricted him to mainly being the number 2 at Wolves, Palace, and Burnley.
As I said at the start of this post, I would find it impossible to pick one of them as first choice.
They all have major flaws.
But we have to pick one... it doesn't matter which... they all have a gift-a-goal in their make up.
