He has such a presence for a small player. He is tiny when you look at him but he goes around the pitch like he's Roy Keane.

Credit to Nuno for playing him more advanced, I was expecting the narrow midfield 3 when I saw the lineup but that really worked today.

It was a fantastic finish; the way he ran on to it, shaped his body and struck the ball, the shot of a man who knew it was going to end up in the onion bag.

But again, a superb physical display of midfield play. He just runs and runs.

He has the energy to play anywhere.

My mum (who I was sat watching the game with at home) reckons he has the cold dark stare of a man that has killed people.
He reminds me of a character from a gangster movie.

I imagine him in a sharp suit with a top hat, those piercing eyes. He's calm and unassuming.

Nobody suspects him but he's the most determined of all.

He’s very beautiful. Montiel has the stare of a f***ing monster.

What a player this lad is, Left Wing Right Wing completely out of his comfort zone but it doesn't matter he's going to run his bollocks off and keep it moving. Another former club captain showing us exactly why, reckon he could be ours if he were to be here in a couple of years time.

And you just know he's hard as nails, not surprised to see him and Yates regularly looking like they have a lot of respect for each other. Junkyard Dogs.

This lad is growing on me. Absolutely puts in a shift, and that’s what you want to see.

I think he's terrific. He had a dip towards the end of Cooper's reign but he seems back to his best now. I do wonder if he's in Nuno's starting eleven when everyone's available - I think Nuno might want Danilo and Sangare as his two CMs - but it would be a shame if he wasn't.

My absolute favourite thing about Dominguez is the little head wobble he does when he gets something wrong. Occasionally he does the classic tap yourself on the head while doing it too. Its like watching a four year old think.

Football wise he doesn't half put in a shift. It would be interesting to see him play in his natural role at some point, since we've mostly used him higher up the pitch than where he made his name. Good player - think he suits a more advanced role in this league due to his pressing and space finding in and around the box, but wonder if we'll eventually see some 'taking the game by the scruff of the neck' action if deeper; his highlight reel pointed to that.

Still think he is playing where Danilo should be and Danilo should play where Nico plays. But really like him as others have said doesn’t stop running and can also play. Scored from his corner as well.

He can definitely ping a nice dead ball - was watching him on free kicks the other week in the warm up.

He’s certainly contributing more goals than Sangare and Danilo. I think Sangare might get the proverbial nose bleed if he is near the opposition goal in open play. 🤧🩸

I proudly wear Murillo and Dominguez badges on my Forest lanyard at work in Bin Dipper country. 👍

Yes I'd like to see him playing in the No8 role and opposed to No6 when in CM. I can see why he's been deployed as a 6 though because he's so adept at creating the triangles and combinations that can get you out of those tight areas. The way he presses and works does lend itself so well to a 8 and he's got that ability to work those combinations around the area
