Surprised nobody has mentioned the bits of string hanging off the neck of the Palermo home shirt. Looks really annoying to play in.
When I was a little lad, I didn't have any kit when I first started to play football, so I was given an old football shirt and it had laces to tighten up the neck. It was quite the fashion accessory in old football shirts.Surprised nobody has mentioned the bits of string hanging off the neck of the Palermo home shirt. Looks really annoying to play in.
Yes! There was a few did it I think? Villa home kit definitely, maybe Blackburn? I actually loved the look, very retro with long shorts to matchThe home one reminds me of the green and yellow Manchester United tops from the mid nineties that had the lace up collar. Looked crap then and looks crap now.
I have just been to Turkey, and the selection there was impressive, to say the least.Oooh I can't wait to get to Prague and see what they have there

I am not yet convinced what season it is supposed to be, but it is absolutely lovely.
A bargain at €10!
I do like that.This year with the scudetto badge..
I'm currently considering this years third kit....cant make my mind up on the green though
Some photographer turned up with food poisoning, vomited violently over the background set and still produced a better shirt than the ArseThis year with the scudetto badge..

Just who thought of that composition given the colour of the shirt. The bizarre stuff the models are wearing clashes horribly with the item they are supposed to be highlighting, even when you manage to sort out the humans in the picture from the lurid background.This year with the scudetto badge..

It is a bit odd, because the concept of football-shirt-as-leisurewear is not really a „thing“ in Germany - you wear your shirt to the match (or the Fan-Park, for international events) and that is it. It is rare to see (for example) random people wearing them down the pub, that doesn‘t really happen - well, down here in Baden-Württemberg anyway.View attachment 16385

love the short sleeve not keen on the long ? I don’t know why, maybe it’s the chap in the hat? Looka more of a fashion item ? where as the short sleeve with the black sleeve cap looks right and he’s wearing the shorts ?
Yes, it was voted Germany‘s all-time best shirt ever as well.View attachment 16394
@Strummer remember this beauty ? 1990,
personally I think it’s the best national football tracksuit ever made
Where’s the best place to get Serie A shirts from? All the ones I’ve seen are like £70+.Something that, in the words of the Arctic Monkeys, „it’s all not quite legitimate“, my new Milan home shirt:
