New Found Concerns over Forest Ownership

I've always been won over by Fawaz, but losing Pearce today has finally made me question his approach.

I know plenty have been saying Fawaz is mad for a long time, but this seems like a really bad decision. I suppose we don't know whats happened between Pearce and Al Hasawi at this point, but it does not seem prudent to let Pearce go at this point.

In what world is it good to chop and change now?? Does Fawaz have something great lined up? New found deep concern :-(

No point in turning on Fawaz.

We all know he's made mistakes - we all just have to hope the mistakes don't keep occurring. He's backed our last two managers handsomely and both have not delivered.

I am hoping this one is the correct one. COME ON U REDS!!! #InFawazWeTrust

He's backed the managers to the extent that we now have an embargo...

I'm not turning on Fawaz, I'm just mystified by this. Why now?

I can see both sides to this one, season ticket holder for some thirty years,SP was a legend but the football was a shambles we have had to watch this season, what else could Fawaz do guys

The thing is, from an impartial point of view this is one of his better decisions.

OK Pearce is a club legend but as a manager he just wasn't delivering the results.

Pearce deserved to be sacked more than SoD, Davies or even Cotterill IMO, and it really does pain me to say that.

It should be stated we don't know what has happened, this could have been a mutual decision, pearce could have walked. We don't know yet.

Stuart could have said to him these useless f***ers aren't fit to wear the Garibaldi.........and he'd be right. The move which cost us the game yesterday came from Lansbury losing the ball in midfield (and not for the first time)..........

Clearly nothing has happened between them and the fact he's been offered another role at the club speaks volumes that the relationship is very good

I know nothing about this new role. Should probably hold my tongue until the dust settles. Just a sad day as a forest fan

What has Fawaz actually got right?

He has overspent to the point of a transfer embargo, we are still losing more money than we bring in through wages alone, the team is still a long way off being a promotion contender and he has gone through 4 full time managers in less than 3 seasons.

If Pearce's record deserved the sack, then so does Al Hasawi's. He is at best naive and at worst a total incompetent.

Sadly most people equate passion for the club with the ability to manage it effectively. Sadly no such correlation exists.

I hope this doesn't soil his reputation.
