Pearce brought in a lot of these players who aren't fit to wear the shirt himself. And a lot of those players under-performing were performing last season.

Pearce begged Lansbury to stay at the start of the season and if you've noticed Lansbury has made mistakes that's cost us points, then Pearce surely noticed too? He could have dropped Lansbury or sold him if he thought he wasn't up to the standard he expected.
