I have and I still can't get a Watch Live option when I'm in the Match centre
That’s strange then. If you check in the ‘my subscriptions’ when you login, does it say that you have access to view?
I just opened MyForest in a web page, not an app, and clicked on watch live.
If you’re using a web browser and do not see the „Watch Live“ option - if you’ve a subscription - make sure you click on „Profile“ in the top-right corner of the Website then select „Subscriptions“ (or something like that) as this forces a second login (which should be seamless).
Only when I did that, did my subscription actually appear, and then when I went back to the match centre, the „Watch Live“ link finally appeared.

When you log into your MyForest account on the new platform, you should have;
My Profile
My subscriptions
Click on ForestTV it then gave me a Watch Live option.
When you input your code previously, did it say ‘Success’?

I got to profile and subscriptions but when I entered subs I got the message “ authentication cookies not set” and I couldn’t get past this.
Helpline did it’s best to assist and we tried to register with a different email, de-register and then re-register. Nothing worked. By the time we got to register with a different device I’d lost the will to live and gave up.
By this time I’d missed most of the match with no video and no audio , despite an existing subscription.
Bring back I Follow I say .
At least the bloody thing worked.
