Amazon do various live sports in substantially higher definition and quality than the iFollow pictures I've been watching lately but I take your point
This could become a futile argument when I'm not challenging the premise that the quality of the video is poor.
However, the Amazon Prime max resolution is HD. Same as Forest is supposed to be.
Forest's FAQ said:What are the internet connection requirements?
You will require a WIFI or broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) with a minimum download
speed of at least 1.2mbps with latency not exceeding 100ms for SD and 4mbps with latency not exceeding
50ms for HD (mobile data may not be supported). For users travelling abroad, please use a Wi-Fi network
or broadband connection to purchase and view the pass, to avoid extra charges and maintain full
compatibility (this allows the country you are in to be recognised as a selected territory).

Amazon Prime Sport's FAQ said:Questions & Answers
1) I’m experiencing streaming issues, what can I do?
First, check your device bandwidth speeds. For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If you’re experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture. If you still experience issues, please contact us.

Whether you're getting that is a different matter.
It's poor value. And as I've mentioned elsewhere on this thread, it's still iFollow content but the the stream is just relayed by a different provider.
I didn't watch it yesterday so don't know what was happening. But none of it surprises me.
