Entered my free audio code. Then that removed all the video match pass options in the my subscriptions screen. The main subscriptions page tells me to "click here" to take me through to buying individual match day passes, but when I click it it doesn't have any available.
So I've worked out that you have to go the long way around via the match day centre to buy a match day video pass for one match. Then have to repeat the long steps in order to buy another match day pass.
Seems some shortcuts not working properly and some buy options not viewable.

Agree, it’s very poor.

But, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because:

A) it’s a new website, version 1.00, so let’s give em a bit of slack, and

B) it’s Forest, so we really shouldn’t expect much, should we?
I'm sure they did plenty of testing before going live....

I found it reasonably quickly but it depends how you're meant to get it (I actually cancelled my audio season pass a few months ago, but they've given it me free on the new one).

If you go into Matches then click the Match Centre on the taffs game then press Upgrade Streaming Subscriptions (that's not obviously clickable but it is) you can buy (£10 each) video passes for QPR, Bristol and Cardiff

It's the little things.

I am getting the impression that this site has not been beta tested at all. Lots of these things - like the "Help" link taking you to the profile page - would have been spotted in testing and fixed before release.

In the MyForest pages it doesn't tell you which account you are currently logged in under, which is a PITFA if you lok after 2 or more accounts.

The process of buying a match pass for tomorrow's game was pretty much a process of elimination. I clicked pretty much everywhere to find it.
It's MONEY, Forest. You need to make it easy for people to give it to you. Put a "Subscriptions and Match Passes" link somewhere easy to find.

The "My billing info" is rather sinister too. It gives me the impression that now I've bought a Cardiff pass with Paypal, EVERYTHING will be taken from Paypal.
I'm sure when the time comes, I'll be able to choose and enter a new payment method but the system as-is is hostile to that.

The confirmation email from noreply@streamamg.com leaves much to be desired.

@Forest. All you had to do was ask and LTLF would have provided an army of testers who'd have debugged the site for you in a trice, and because we're nice like that, we'd have done it for nothing.

As someone who works professionally in humongous IT projects, UX and testing of any new platform are the two most important things, before „go-live“.

Security, of course, is the most important, but I’d hope (please) that Forest and their partners have sorted that first.
