To be honest, I am not sure I should expect the previous sub to have been transferred; I suppose with them saying that annual-pass subscribers would receive some sort of code, to be put into (somewhere) to make it work for the remainder of this season, that actually migrating existing subscriptions might be too much like hard work...

The fluff videos and interviews all work though, and picture-in-picture now works on the iPad (which the iFollow app specifically disabled).

I shall wait and see if new mobile apps turn up later.

This is what I got when I tried to register. "1 validation error detected: Value ' xxxxxx' at 'confirmationCode' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must satisfy regular expression pattern: [\S]+" I have blanked out the 6 digit confirmation code.

I got a code via email that has worked, and shows now my existing iFollow subscription.

It might also be prudent to temper your expectations a bit until next season; from the T&Cs:

Supporters should be aware that for the final eight games of the current season, the video feed will still be provided by iFollow. Having taken on feedback from supporters, the club will be switching to a brand-new video production in the summer ready for the 2021-22 season.

Live video broadcasts can only be watched on desktop, but can be accessed on mobile and tablet devices via the club’s official app. Live audio commentary is available on all devices. Please note that due to EFL regulations, Chromecast is not available.

So, yeah. Promised a lot, but as ever, the devil is in the detail.

I forgot top add my voucher code when completing the registration.
Guess what... it is now impossible to use that code as there are no boxes so to do.
I am not sure who is more useless... them or me.
Oh, and by the way Forest... there is no such country as the United Kingdom.

You don’t have to do it when you register - I didn’t (because I didn’t have the code then).

If you go to „View Subscriptions“, do you see the page that offers the (4?) different options (including the £10-per-match one) - if you scroll down, there was a box into which said code could be typed, and that activated the former-EFL subscription for me?

Well, maybe if you’d put a bit of effort into iFollow, it wouldn’t have been necessary, would it?

As a postal designation, "United Kingdom" is an internationally recognised mark. It is the literal expansion of the code UKM. Both are acceptable shortening for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In addressing it would be not confused with any other kingdom that is united. See ISO COUNTRY CODES (ISO 3166-1 AND ISO 3166-3).



"6 NG2 5FJ United Kingdom" is sufficient to get a delivery from anywhere in the world to the WFCG.

That is a poor UX.

I've just done it, but it does not bode well.

On my page it had a button with the text "join"

Clicking this, it took me to a page where the 4 different options were.

There was a field to enter the voucher that came in the email. I had copied and pasted mine.

Applying the voucher resulted in a success message.

Then I was able to go back via 'profile' button on the main menu to see my subscription had been applied.

Also, with on line purchases - United Kingdom is used as it is an indication of what International law you are governed by, which has to be stated on purchases because ''POS'' (point of sale) is determined for VAT purposes on which Legislative country you tick

Agree, it’s very poor.

But, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because:

A) it’s a new website, version 1.00, so let’s give em a bit of slack, and

B) it’s Forest, so we really shouldn’t expect much, should we?

My screen doesn't have 4 options.
It has 3... the box to enter the one-time code is missing.
My Mrs's screen did have the 4 options and she used her one-time code before doing anything else.
I saw the first option upon registering (pay £10 to watch the Forest Cardiff game, and I paid.
Since then the one time code box seems to have vanished into thin air.
And me an OAP and feeling poorly as well...
