I had Gemma try to "help" me too, useless. Then 30 minutes later Carlos came on to help, he did try to help. 30 minutes into the chat with him he "double checked" and said the match was world wide audio only even though it was not on the blackout list of games.

I told him to go help UK based customers who have paid to watch today's match as he obviously wasn't going to help me.

I actually feel quite sorry for poor Gemma. Imagine having to deal with people like me who are frustrated and disappointed as a result of the incompetence of the company who pays her wages.

I opted for option 2, my 18 yr old son was going to go for option 1 but hasn't yet. We were discussing the ifollow thing and he says " I've already got the code". I said that's odd as the deadline is supposed to be the 23rd so how's that happened?
So of course when we go to watch the game his code doesn't work and they have no record of his email address despite emailing him about the options. Needless to say we got nowhere and ended up watching sky 'somehow'.

Anyone else in the "rest of the world" ifollow zone missing video feeds for the Cardiff match?

I live in Thailand and strangely when I logged on with the expectation of seeing the game is blacked out message all went well.
May I suggest that you when you contact ifollow you send your devices IP address as well your internet connection IP. Also tell them what device you are using and operating system and version number ie: Android, windows, Linux or IOS

If you click on live video button it will take you to a payment page. You have to select a payment method, enter the discount code and it should work. I had to enter my paypal password but it didn't cost anything.
